More Information This BestBox™ range features a 100-place, locking lid, polypropylene 141 mm wide x 155 mm deep x 55 mm high cryogenic storage box with a 'moulded-in' matrix (marked 1-10 and A-J) for ease of sample location, even with the lid open or removed Able to withstand -80°C storage, the lid of this box is very easy to open even when frozen, and the hinges unclip allowing the lid to be completely removed if required. The 10 x 10 matrix features 12.5 mm square compartments to accept 1.5/2.0 ml Microcentrifuge tubes and standard 2.0 ml cryo vials, or any tube/vial up to 12.0 mm diameter with a maximum height of 50 mm. Positive stacking lugs enable the box to be stored securely in a fridge/freezer without the need for metal racking systems, and the 5 neon colours make for easy identification in conjunction with the frosted writing panel across the front of the lid.
